Introducing our new 2025’s children policy at Damma Mia Beach House!
Age Categories and Pricing for Children:

Children aged 0 to 5 years old (inclusive) are considered infants, toddlers, or preschoolers and can stay free of charge, either by sharing existing bedding with their parents or by using provided extra beds, such as air mattresses or baby cots.

Children between 6 and 11 years old (inclusive) are categorized as children, and a supplementary cost of 20€ per guest/per night may be applicable when using existing bedding or 10€ per guest/per night when using provided extra beds such as air mattresses.

Children aged twelve years and older (12+) are considered adults, and a supplementary cost of 30€ per guest/per night may apply when using existing bedding.
The additional charges will be automatically included when selecting more than 2 guests during the reservation process.
Two air mattress beds or two baby cots, one per bedroom, are available upon request before check-in.

1. 1. Non Refundable Rate – Full Prepayment:
Non-Flexible Cancellation Policy – Prepaid – Non Refundable
The total amount of guest’s stay is based on a full prepayment, non-refundable rate according to the selected dates and number of guests.
In order to guarantee this reservation we need to receive via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal the 100% of the total amount of the stay.
The 100% deposit is not refundable and not transferable for a future booking.
This booking cannot be changed or cancelled..
Total stay will be charged at time of booking.
2. 2. Standard Rate – 50% Prepayment:
Semi-Flexible Cancellation Policy – Partially Transferable (90 days)
The total amount of guest’s stay is based on a standard semi-flexible rate according to the selected dates and number of guests.
In order to guarantee this reservation we need to receive via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal the 30% of the total amount of the stay.
The 30% deposit is not refundable,but transferable for a future booking within 12 months for a minimum 4 nights stay.
20% of the total amount of the stay will be due [90] days before the date of arrival..
50% of the total amount will be settled upon check in..
3. 3. Free Cancellation Rate – No prepayment:
Fully Flexible Cancellation Policy – Fully Refundable (45 days)
The total amount of guest’s stay is based on a no prepayment, fully refundable rate, according to the selected dates and number of guests.
In order to secure this reservation we will request a preauthorisation of a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Alternatively we will accept full prepayment by a valid debit card, bank transfer or PayPal transaction as a guarantee.
We’ll fully refund within 7 days from cancellation, according to our free cancellation period policy.
The guest can cancel/modify free of charge until 46 days before arrival..
The guest will be charged the total price if cancel/modify in 45 days or less before arrival..
